Alushta: forest fire that started after gas distributor caught fire has been extinguished

Firefighters have extinguished a forest fire that broke out after a gas distributor caught fire near Alushta. This was reported to journalists by the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Republic of Crimea. At the time of extinguishing the open fire on Sunday morning, the total area of the fire was almost 4.2 thousand square meters.
At 20:57 the forest fire was completely extinguished— the message said.
Let us recall that on Saturday near Alushta happened flare fire on the gas distributor, it was extinguished, there were no casualties as a result of the emergency. At the same time, the fire spread to the forest. It did not threaten residential buildings, but due to damage to the networks, gas supply had to be suspended for 14 settlements.
