Amount — 5.6 billion rubles: in Crimea they agreed on the implementation of two new investment projects

The implementation of the first investment project involves the construction of a new residential complex in the city of Saki. This project is aimed at satisfying the growing demand for housing and improving the quality of life of local residents. As part of the project, the developer plans to build 15 sections of apartment buildings and the creation of a developed modern infrastructure, which will make a residential complex attractive to families and young specialists, ”said Irina Kiviko.

Also, according to the Deputy Prime Minister, the second project involves the construction of a plant for the production of reinforced concrete products in Dzhankoy, which will provide the local market with high-quality materials.

To date, within the framework of the Decree of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea dated October 07, 2014 No. 368 “On the procedure for considering investor appeals and concluding agreements on the implementation of investment projects in the Republic of Crimea”, 272 investment projects with a planned investment volume of 589 billion rubles are being implemented. To date, 186 billion rubles have already been invested by investors, 8.6 thousand new jobs have been created.
