Amulets and treats for the front — from Simferopol schoolchildren
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Crimean investigators organized a meeting between the youth and a SVO soldier.
Employees of the Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol continue to organize meetings for schoolchildren of the peninsula with participants in a special military operation, so that girls and boys can personally communicate with the heroes of our time and hear first-hand stories about the exploits and courage of a Russian soldier.
According to good tradition, the commander of the unit of the 126th Separate Guards Coastal Defense Brigade, Ilya Podoroga, upon arrival from the front on vacation, first of all stops by to see his comrades — officers of the Investigative Committee. The students of the sponsored school-lyceum No. 3 named after them are already eagerly awaiting the fighter. A.S. Makarenko of the city of Simferopol, carefully collecting parcels with necessary things and products, letters and drawings for his visit. Together with Ilya Podoroga, the head of the Crimean volunteer movement “Team of Opportunities”, Evgeniy Pichugin, took part in the “Lesson of Courage” organized by the investigators, who, like the officers of the Investigative Committee, together with his like-minded people from the first days of the Northern Military District, has been actively helping the front— said the Investigative Committee.
Guests at the school are met by cadets of the Investigative Committee of Russia, guys from the “First Movement” team and the military-patriotic club “Native Harbor”, activists from the student government headquarters and children of SVO participants.
The guys were interested in absolutely everything — how to become a soldier and a volunteer, what life is like at the front, how volunteers help the military forces, what soldiers dream about and, most importantly, whether letters and drawings from schoolchildren help soldiers.
Ilya Podoroga admitted that employees of his unit always read the messages of girls and boys with incredible trepidation, remembering home and family. Some people keep these drawings close to their hearts in the breast pocket of their military uniform, some in their dugouts, some in their cars. All children’s messages are permeated with incredibly strong children’s energy, which only helps to move forward.
Cadets of the second class of the Russian Investigative Committee read a touching poem-parting words to the soldiers about Victory, faith and friends. The schoolchildren again prepared a lot of letters, drawings, food packages, and 7th grade student Georgy Siroshtan gave the guest a talisman — a stone from the Crimean coast with the image of a fighter drawn by him.
The representative of the 126th separate Guards Coastal Defense Brigade from all personnel thanked the officers of the Main Investigation Department for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, schoolchildren, their teachers and parents for their help and support, which is very important, necessary and invaluable for them,” noted the Sledkom.
