CrimeaPRESS reports:
The Crimean Federal University collected more than 35,000 rubles and 500 kg of humanitarian aid for residents of the Kherson region affected by the flood, and military personnel participating in the Special Military Operation.
In a period of rapid change, the most important thing is to preserve humanity. Humanity today is measured not by words, but by actions. The students themselves organized a collection of humanitarian aid in order to show how they support people living in the new regions of the Russian Federation and our fighters, — the press service of the university quotes the Vice-Rector for Youth Policy of the KFU. V. I. Vernadsky Sergey Elkin.
The action was attended by the leadership, staff and students of the Crimean Federal University. They handed over medicines, dressings, clothes, personal hygiene products and other necessary items to an organized collection point. A charity fair was also held as part of the action, at the locations of which everyone could purchase various products, get their own portrait, collect a bouquet of flowers and much more.
The action is organized as part of the work of the university headquarters #MYVMESTE.
