An Alupka resident will appear in court on charges of murdering a teenager

In Crimea, a criminal investigation has been completed against a 36-year-old resident of Alupka, who was previously repeatedly convicted and accused of murdering a minor (Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
The investigative department for the city of Yalta established that on the night of August 20, six young people, among whom were four teenagers, entered an apartment on Ulyanov Street in Alupka through an unlocked door. Acquaintances demanded that the owner of the apartment return them two thousand rubles, which his wife allegedly owed. During the conflict, the defendant drove the aggressive youth out onto the landing, where he stabbed the 15-year-old teenager in the chest area with a kitchen knife. The minor died from his injury on the spot before medical workers arrived.— reported in Sledkom.
In cooperation with police officers, the person involved was detained, and a preventive measure was chosen in the form of detention, where he remains to this day. A significant amount of investigative work was carried out during the investigation. In addition, an assessment will be made of the actions of all persons who illegally entered the home and extorted money, as well as those who involved minors in these actions.
The criminal investigation has been completed. The materials were sent to the prosecutor’s office for study, approval of the indictment and further referral of the case to court for consideration on the merits.
