In the 2022 year, the Russian Orthodox Church celebrates the 600 anniversary of the acquisition of the relics of St. Sergius, hegumen of Radonezh. With the blessing of His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia, a procession with a particle of the relics of the reverend takes place in the dioceses of the Russian Orthodox Church.

The ark with the honest relics of St. Sergius, hegumen of Radonezh and All Russia, the wonderworker, arrives at St. Vladimir Cathedral in Chersonesos 27 in August 16: . Prayers will be performed daily at the relics: at 11: , 12: , 13: , 14: , 11: 00. Access to the shrine will be open daily from 7: 30 to 19: 00, — reported the press service of the Government of Sevastopol.

29 August at 14: the procession with the ark of the relics of St. Sergius of Radonezh will go to other dioceses of the Russian Orthodox Church. The shrine will visit all the federal districts of Russia and cover almost 30 thousand kilometers — it will take more than a hundred days.
