The exhibition includes works by craftsmen from different cities and villages of Crimea, made in the deep traditions of folk art, reflecting the original culture of the peoples living in the region.
Visitors got acquainted with the ornamental compositions of Crimean Tatar craftsmen using the example of painted ceramic products using the majolica technique by the Honored Master of Folk Arts of the Republic of Crimea Edem Ganiev and the hereditary gold seamstress Dlya Suleymanova (Old Crimea). Needlewoman Natalya Soboleva from Feodosia spoke about the semantic features of Slavic embroidery and traditional Russian gaming and talisman dolls. The bright content of the exhibition was made of wood by Lyudmila Kirillova from Sevastopol, painted using elements of Petrykivka painting. The exhibition also presented: ethnic paintings made using the technique of ribbon embroidery, Honored Craftsman of the Republic of Crimea Elena Moskalenko and products made from pine needles by Natalia Ilyina (Simferopol), tatting by Yulia Nakisbekova, embroidered paintings by Natalia Oranskaya, felting by Evgenia Degtyareva, a collection of hats by Yulia Dudenko (Feodosia), knitting by Tamara Yadonist (Old Crimea) and others,” said the exhibition organizers.

Seventh-graders from a comprehensive school together with professional artist Vera Chekanova created an ornamental composition using the creative collage technique “Ornaments of Antiquity.” The event took place in a friendly, creative atmosphere.
