An illegal migrant was accidentally identified in the Leninsky district of Crimea
CrimeaPRESS reports:
There is no point in crossing the road in the wrong place.
In the Leninsky district of Crimea, the police discovered a violation of migration legislation by a foreign citizen. It all started with a traffic violation by pedestrians in the village of Lenino.
Pedestrians — a man and a woman with a child — were stopped for violating the rules for crossing the roadway. The parents, even noticing a police official car, crossed the road in an unspecified place, thereby setting a negative example for the minor girl.
When checking the registration databases, it turned out that the male pedestrian is a citizen of one of the Central Asian countries and was previously brought to administrative responsibility for violating migration legislation. Currently, he is illegally in the territory of our country, since he has not complied with a court order regarding deportation from the Russian Federation in the form of an independent controlled departure— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.
The man was asked to proceed to the Department of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Leninsky district, but he ignored the lawful demand of the police officer and tried to escape.
During the pursuit, the foreign citizen was detained by traffic police inspectors and taken to the police station.
In relation to the detainee, employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate drew up administrative protocols under Part 1 of Art. 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (disobedience to a lawful order of a police officer), Part 1 of Article 12.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (violation by a pedestrian of the rules for crossing the roadway).
The court sentenced the man to administrative arrest for a period of 6 days and a fine of 500 rubles.
Also, in relation to a foreign citizen, employees of the migration department drew up an administrative protocol under Part 3 of Art. 20.25 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (evasion of a foreign citizen or stateless person from the execution of an administrative penalty in the form of administrative expulsion from the Russian Federation in the form of controlled independent departure from the Russian Federation),” the police noted.
According to the decision of the Leninsky District Court, this foreign citizen was subjected to forcible deportation from the Russian Federation. He is currently in the Temporary Detention Center for Foreign Citizens and will soon leave our country.
In addition, the man’s common-law wife was also brought to administrative responsibility for violating the rules for crossing the roadway. An administrative protocol was drawn up in relation to her under Part 1 of Art. 12.29 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
