An intensive course on developing management skills “Act” took place on the territory of Sevastopol State University. The project is traditional for student teams in Sevastopol; team leaders who have recently been selected for positions are trained on it.

The three-day educational program is implemented with the support of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs. Commanders and commissars, detachment methodologists will be able to improve their management abilities, and also acquire practical skills in working with command staff of student detachments, on the quality of whose work the training of qualified personnel depends.
We are starting to train the leaders of the command staff of student teams in Sevastopol. This is an important stage in the formation of systematic activities of the organization. After all, our future is in the hands of young command staff — our fighters— emphasizes the head of the student teams of Sevastopol Daria Denisova.
