An international sporting event “Professional Boxing Evening” is announced in Sevastopol

For the first time in ten years, professional boxing matches will be held in Sevastopol, in which athletes from friendly foreign countries will take part. On December 24, the International Professional Boxing Evening will be held in Hero City with the support of Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev.

For the first time in such a long time, we are holding an international tournament in Sevastopol. I am sure that we will be able to witness exciting fights, and most importantly, we are once again demonstrating to everyone that the Hero City is open to international relations, now also in sports– quotes the press service of the Government of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev.

Professional titled athletes, the best representatives of the Sevastopol school of boxing, will enter the ring: international-class masters of sports Elena Gapeshina and Dmitry Shipovsky, masters of sports of Russia Israfil Islamov, Ivan Romanchuk, Maxim Shvedyuk and candidate master of sports David Agabekyan.

The opponents will be no less titled boxers from friendly foreign countries.

We, in Iran, have been under sanctions for a long time and know very well how difficult it is to organize an international tournament in these conditions. We immediately, without any doubt, responded to the offer of our friends in Sevastopol and want to support them with our participation in the tournament.
