An open championship in judicial debates in criminal cases was held in the Supreme Court of Crimea

Last Friday, October 25, 2024, the Supreme Court of Crimea hosted an open championship in judicial debates in criminal cases. According to the press service of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Crimea, the event has already become a good tradition that unites the student community. This year’s debate is dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the start of the work of courts in the region. The competition brought together 10 teams from five higher educational institutions of our country.

Deputy Prosecutor of Crimea Pavel Kucheryavenko took part in the final stage of the competition. He thanked the organizers for their efforts, noting that it is difficult to overestimate the importance of such events for the development of future lawyersthe message says.

According to the results of the final round, the winner of the All-Russian judicial debates in criminal cases was the team of the Crimean branch of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education, Russian State University of Justice.
