An Open Day was held in a correctional colony in Kerch
CrimeaPRESS reports:
An Open Day was held in correctional colony No. 2 in Kerch, during which the convicts were visited by relatives and friends. Accompanied by the head of the institution, Alexei Bobrikov, the relatives visited the psychological relief premises, the club and the canteen. The guests were told about the daily life of convicts in the colony and all their questions were answered.
Such events have already become traditional. Open days help maintain useful social connections and encourage law-abiding behavior among prisoners— the press service of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol quotes Alexey Bobrikov.
At the end of the event, a tea party was held, where the convicts and their relatives were able to communicate with each other and exchange news. Relatives who visited the correctional colony were satisfied with the living conditions and organization of leisure time in the institution.
