The updated zoo corner in the Children’s Park of Simferopol has opened its doors and is ready to receive guests. About it reported head of the administration of the Crimean capital Mikhail Afanasyev.
During the time the zoo was closed, a large amount of repair and restoration work was carried out. New enclosures and houses for animals were built, existing enclosures were repaired and expanded, and the sewerage system was overhauled. The buildings of the feed kitchen, veterinary station, and sanitary quarantine zone were renovatedsaid Mikhail Afanasyev.
In addition, the buildings of the zoo are decorated with wood, and the paths and passageways are covered with asphalt. The entrance group has been updated.
The head of the administration expressed gratitude to everyone who took part in updating the zoo corner. Separately, he thanked Russian State Duma deputy Yuri Nesterenko for his help and support.
