And another Crimean woman will pay a fine for discrediting the use of the Russian Armed Forces

The Leninsky District Court of the Republic of Crimea examined the material regarding a citizen of the Russian Federation, who publicly expressed her dissatisfaction with the current government of the Russian Federation, the conduct of a special military operation, as well as sympathy for the actions of the Ukrainian authorities and the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Thus, a resident of the village of Ivanovka, Leninsky district, committed an administrative offense under Part 1 of Art. 20.3.3 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. At the court hearing, the offender did not admit guilt, explaining that she did not commit any discreditable actions and did not express her dissatisfaction with the current government of the Russian Federation. The citizen was found guilty by a court decision and sentenced to an administrative fine in the amount of fifty thousand rublesnoted the press service of the court.
The resolution did not enter into legal force.
