Yesterday, at 16:30, the rescue service received information that a young man got lost under the Ai-Petri plateau during a tourist walk. He cannot continue moving on his own. The help of rescuers is needed in evacuating him from the mountainous forest area.

The duty shift of the Yalta emergency rescue team «CRIMEA-SPAS» consisting of 5 people went to the proposed search and rescue area. Upon arrival, rescuers quickly found a young man in the area of ​​the upper part of the Alupka trail. As it turned out, while climbing the Alupka trail, he lost his way and ended up on a steep rocky slope— said the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Crimea.

Having reached the victim, rescuers laid rope railings and, in compliance with all safety measures, evacuated him from a difficult rocky area to a safe place. The young man did not need medical assistance.
