The debtor, a resident of Belogorsk, has not paid maintenance payments in favor of her child since 2017 years. Outcome: debt for a total of thousand rubles.
The debtor ignored the warnings of the bailiffs and in every possible way evaded the execution of the court decision on the maintenance of her son, for which she was brought to administrative responsibility under Art. 5..1 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. As part of the enforcement proceedings, materials were collected and a decision was made to initiate a criminal case against Shch. under Art. of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. On the basis of the decision issued by the judge, citizen Shch. was forcibly brought to the Belogorsk District Court. During the delivery, the debtor resisted the junior bailiff to ensure the established procedure for the activities of the courts of the bailiffs department in the Belogorsk district. For the committed illegal actions, a protocol was drawn up against a citizen under Art. .8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation , — reported the press service of the UFSSP of Russia in the Republic of Crimea.
In addition, the court considered the criminal case on the charge of citizen Shch. Part 1 Art. of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and sentenced the debtor to 5 months of imprisonment in a penal colony.
