And yet… when will heat be supplied to the homes of Crimean residents?
CrimeaPRESS reports:
There are a lot of ifs.
It’s getting colder, and noticeably so. Today it is a full-fledged housewife in the dank, wet and windy Autumn… A reasonable question: when will the heating season de facto begin, when coolant will begin to be supplied to the homes of Crimean residents. About one of the conditions for us reminded in the administration of Simferopol:
In accordance with current legislation, the coolant will be launched provided that the average daily air temperature drops below +8 C within 5 days.
It revealed, this is not the only “if”. The heating situation is also affected by indoor air temperature and… requests from residential buildings.
Now the average daily temperature is 14-16 degrees. Therefore, municipalities are recommended, subject to monitoring, if the indoor temperature drops below 21 degrees, to reopen social facilities — kindergartens and schools. This work is already being carried out in the northern, western and eastern regions of the Republic of Crimea,” said Prime Minister of Crimea Yuri Gotsanyuk.
According to the head of the Republican Council of Ministers, in the Pervomaisky and Dzhankoy districts, in the cities of Dzhankoy and Simferopol, heating in social facilities will be started at night in the “fire” mode.
If the air temperature is above 16-18 degrees, and in the premises — above 21 degrees, then heat will not be supplied to such buildings. Heat will be supplied to apartment buildings upon request from the residents themselves. When an application is received by a municipality, the administration must respond promptly and launch a heating system in apartment buildings. Citizens can also contact the 24-hour dispatch service of the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Crimea and the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea «Krymteplokomunenergo»,” noted Yuri Gotsanyuk.
