Anna Murashkina and Kristina Varlamova from Kerch are winners of the International SAMBO Founders' Cup

On March 25-26, Moscow hosted the international tournament Cup of Sambo Founders among men and women.

In addition to the Russians, athletes from Belarus, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, China, Morocco and South Korea took part in the competition. For the first time, two women from Kerch performed in the adult Russian national team — Anna Murashkina and Kristina Varlamova (they train under the guidance of Vladimir Krasov)— reports «Crimean sport».

Anna Murashkina won a silver medal in the weight category up to 50 kg (moreover, on the way to the final, the Crimean woman defeated the world champion from Belarus), and Christina Varlamova — bronze in weight up to 54 kg.
