Annunciations of the Blessed Virgin Mary — Congratulation of Sergey Aksyonov

I am glad to congratulate the Orthodox Christians on the great holiday of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary!

It is dedicated to an event that was not seen by contemporaries, but in the end changed the whole history of mankind. The church calls this event the beginning of our salvation: the Archangel Gabriel announced to the Virgin Mary of the impending birth of the Son of God and the Savior of the world of Jesus Christ.

The Annunciation “Even the Bird of the Nest does not Walks,” they said in Rus’ to emphasize the special place of this day on the calendar.

According to our Patriarch, today’s holiday is a holiday of hope that the power of God can really perform the greatest miracles.

We will always hope for the Lord, for the help and intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary. We, like many generations of ancestors, believe that Russia is under its special protection and protection. We pray for our relatives and friends, for our warriors, our Fatherland and our victory.
