ANO «Fund for the Protection of Loaders» reports the beginning of additional compensation payments to depositors

ANO “Fund for the protection of depositors” reports the beginning of additional compensation payments to depositors from the funds of the thirty -second property contribution of the Republic of Crimea.

The right to additional compensation payments have depositors who, until June 8, 2015, submitted applications for consent to the acquisition of their rights (requirements) for deposits in credit institutions that had a license of the National Bank of Ukraine on March 16, 2014 and ceased to activities in the republic of republic Crimea both on the territory of Sevastopol on the basis of decisions of the Bank of Russia, or in accordance with Part 2 of Article 7 of the Federal Law of April 2, 2014 N 39-FZ submitted applications for the restoration of the missed deadline for submitting applications.

The conclusion with depositors of contracts for the assignment of rights (claims) and the implementation of additional compensation payments are made within 90 days from the date of publication of this message by April 8, 2025 (inclusive).

In order to conclude a contract for the assignment of rights (claims) on deposits (accounts) and receiving additional compensation payment, the depositor must apply to an identity document to the organization authorized by the Fund. The list of authorized organizations is posted on the official website of the Fund (the section “How to get a compensation payment”, subsection “Service points addresses”).
