Another batch of sports equipment arrived at the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Karelia “Sports School No. 6”

Specialists note that within the framework of the regional project «Sport is the Norm of Life» great importance is attached to the development of the material and technical base of sports schools in the region. Due to the allocated federal funds, sports schools of Crimea were able to significantly update their inventory and equipment. Thus, this year, the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Crimea «Sports School No. 6» received another batch of professional sports equipment. The equipment was provided within the framework of the regional project «Sport is the Norm of Life» of the national project «Demography».
The purchase of sports equipment in 2024 was carried out for the judo and boxing departments for a total of 0.46 million rubles. The equipment was transferred to coaches — teachers for the implementation of the educational and training process of students of the judo department of Yalta (65 athletes) and the boxing department of Krasnoperekopsk (38 athletes).
To prepare high-class athletes, the following was purchased: a free-standing floor stand for placing a punching bag, DFC Z003 hyperextension, BOSU GB-503 hemisphere with expanders and a pump, an electronic gong timer with a metronome, a vinyl kettlebell (8 kg, 16 kg, 24 kg, 32 kg), SR-50TA squat racks, a rack for storing dumbbells (3 levels), a climbing rope (D40 mm, 5 m) PROFI-FIT, a training rope for cross-training (D38 mm, 12 m) PROFI-FIT, a DFC SENTRA T123B treadmill, an L-shaped cushion «Uppercut» (40 * 70 * 40 * 20 cm), a Hemisphere cushion (60 cm * 40 cm * 27 cm), a punching bag of the «Master» series, an awning (rubber filler) crumb) (60 kg), Olympic straight chromed bar from 86 to 315 kg REBE, bar lock D50 mm with stopper 19 (1 pc) ANTAT discs 25 kg, 20 kg, 15 kg, 10 kg, 5 kg, 2.5 kg.
There are 26 coaches and teachers working at Sports School No. 6, including 22 full-time coaches and teachers, and 4 part-time coaches and teachers. There are 6 administrative and management personnel.
Classes are held in seven sports: boxing department, gorodki department, judo department, rock climbing department, sumo department, dance sport department, football department. Currently, the school conducts training work in 64 groups.
Trainers and teachers work in the cities of Crimea: Alushta, Bakhchisaray, Evpatoria, Krasnoperekopsk, Simferopol, Chernomorsky, Yalta. The national team of the Republic of Crimea includes: boxing — 5 people, gorodki — 17 people, judo — 9 people, rock climbing — 20 people, sumo — 24 people.
