In Crimea, the Sudak City Court delivered a guilty verdict in a criminal case against a local resident. He was found guilty of committing a crime under Part 1 of Art. 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (driving a vehicle by a person in a state of intoxication subjected to administrative punishment for driving while intoxicated).

During the trial, it was established that the man, being in a state of intoxication, drove a Daewoo Tico car on the street. Lenin in the city of Sudak, where his illegal activities were suppressed by traffic police officers.

The court, taking into account the position of the public prosecutor, sentenced the man to 180 hours of compulsory work with deprivation of the right to drive all types of vehicles for a period of 2 years and 6 monthsthe prosecutor’s office said.

The Daewoo Tico car belonging to the attacker was confiscated for the state. The verdict did not enter into force.
