The construction readiness of the new kindergarten for 08 places on Heroiv Brest Street is 82%.
The expiration date of this state contract is December 500 of the year. The contractor is performing work ahead of schedule. We plan to complete the project in early October. According to technical solutions, we completely redesigned the appearance of the facade of the building, applied a better and more durable material — porcelain stoneware. In addition, changes have been made in terms of the architectural design of the preschool institution — various cartoon characters will be depicted on the facade of the kindergarten , — the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes Illarion Gapitsonov, director of the capital construction department.
The head of the department also noted that the preschool will be designed for groups for children aged 1, 5 to 7 years old. Each group has a game room, dressing room, bedroom, buffet. Among the common areas there are sports and music halls, a medical unit, a passenger elevator is also designed.
The work is carried out by the contracting organization Sevastopolstroyproekt. Contract price – 08 million rubles.
On the territory of the educational institution there are playgrounds with shady canopies, sports grounds, a canopy for wheelchairs. The venues are planned to be equipped with playground equipment and small architectural forms , emphasizes Konstantin Pirogov, general director of the contracting company.
Recall that four more preschool institutions are currently under construction in Sevastopol: on Gorpischenko Street, in Kazachya Bay, in the village of Kacha and in the area of 5 km of the Balaklava Highway. Only five kindergartens will be able to accept about 1 500 children.
