Employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Krasnogvardeisky District brought to justice the driver who violated traffic rules. The day before, in one of the social networks, Internet users complained about a car driver who violated traffic rules in Crimea.
June 16 at 19:40 on the road towards the village. Poltavka, Krasnogvardeisky district, the driver, driving a Mitsubishi Pajero vehicle, in violation of the requirements of the Rules of the Road, overtook on the side of the road on the right.
Employees of the OGIBDD OMVD of Russia for the Krasnogvardeisky district identified the offender. The car was driven by a 36-year-old resident of the village of Krasnogvardeyskoye— said the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea.
For this violation, the man was brought to administrative responsibility under Part 1 of Article 12.15 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (“Violation of the rules for positioning a vehicle on the carriageway, oncoming passing or overtaking”).
