Anti-vandal equipment in the park on Novikov Street in Balaklava was attacked by vandals. Lamps were broken, said Evgeny Gorlov, director of the municipal department.

The new square on Novikov Street was opened in September of this year. It was reported that it is equipped with modern anti-vandal equipment. The place for improvement was chosen by the locals themselves by online voting.
