Anxiety is, unfortunately, a familiar feeling for us. The modern world, with its ever-accelerating pace of life, powerful information pressure, epidemics, natural disasters and other negative phenomena, constantly gives us reasons for fear and anxiety. It should be noted that anxiety itself is a natural and useful reaction. Our body sends a signal of danger, calls on us to be attentive and careful, ready to respond properly and in a timely manner to the threat.
