Applications are now being accepted for the XXIV Forum of Young Writers of Russia “Lipki”. Crimeans are invited to participate

From December 3 to December 8, 2024, the XXIV Forum of Young Writers of Russia (named after S.A. Filatov) will be held at the Klyazma health complex in the Moscow region. Participants in the event can be young writers from 18 to 40 years old, writing in Russian and living in the regions of Russia. They will be able to apply for a scholarship from the Federal Ministry of Culture, receive recommendations for admission to the A.M. Literary Institute. Gorky and publish his manuscripts in “thick” literary magazines.
The competition is held in five categories:
- Prose (a completed work of no more than three author’s sheets or an excerpt of the work + synopsis);
- Poetry (from 50 to 200 lines);
- Drama (1 play);
- Children’s literature (prose — no more than three author’s pages or an excerpt of a work + synopsis, poetry — from 50 to 200 lines);
- Criticism and journalism (no more than three author’s pages).
Please note that participants can submit applications in one or several categories. Applications for participation in the competition are accepted until November 1, 2024.
