Applications for participation in the “Creation of Production” program for supporting entrepreneurs are being accepted in Sevastopol.

As part of the national project “Small and Medium Enterprises,” the Sevastopol Industrial Development Fund provides support to city entrepreneurs. One of the programs is “Creation of Production”, which is aimed at supporting industrial production and opening a new technological direction by providing preferential loans.

This support measure makes it possible to create a new industrial enterprise or master the production of new products within the framework of an existing production— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the director of the Sevastopol Industrial Development Fund Dmitry Khazanov.

The received funding can be used:

• for the purchase of consumables for the production of products within the project, including raw materials, materials and components;
• preparation, retraining, training of engineering, production and operational personnel to ensure production;
• rent for the property used in the project and the cost of paying for its maintenance services.

Among the conditions of the “Creation of Production” program:

• loan amount – from 5 to 35 million rubles;
• term – up to 5 years;
• rate – 3-4.5% per annum.

In addition, for projects aimed at producing products under the import substitution program, the interest rate is reduced to 3%.
