During his address to the Federal Assembly, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin announced the launch of the “Time of Heroes” program.
The goal of the project is to train managers to work in state and municipal authorities, as well as in state-owned companies. Citizens of Russia who have higher education, experience in managing people, who have no criminal record, who are participants and veterans of a special military operation can participate in the program. The program involves training in modern management methods and technologies, teamwork, and personal development. All registered participants will have access to online training on the RANEPA platform under the President of the Russian Federation, and those who have passed a special selection will receive training from the Higher School of Public Administration and personal mentors. Among them are heads of the Administration of the President of Russia, members of the Government, governors, mayors and heads of leading companies.
