Applications for vouchers to children's camps continue to be accepted in Sevastopol

In Sevastopol, we continue to accept applications to provide children from preferential categories with vouchers to children’s health camps. If anyone has not yet applied for a voucher, they can do so now. Applications are accepted for the third shift from May 22 to 28 and for the fourth shift from May 30 to June 5. Depending on the preferential category, you can submit an application through the State Services portal, MFC, district departments of the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, or to the educational organization in which the child is studying. Children aged 7 to 16 years (inclusive) can go to the children’s camp:

  • orphans, children left without parental care;
  • disabled children;
  • children with disabilities;
  • children are victims of armed and ethnic conflicts, environmental and man-made disasters, and natural disasters;
  • children registered with commissions for juvenile affairs and protection of their rights;
  • children whose vital functions are objectively impaired;
  • children whose parents died in the line of duty;
  • children from large families;
  • children from low-income families;
  • children registered at the dispensary;
  • children of workers in the agro-industrial complex and rural social sphere;
  • talented and gifted children;
  • children of participants in a special military operation.

Tickets are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

First of all:

  • orphans, children left without parental care;
  • disabled children;
  • children of participants in a special military operation.

Second stage:

  • children who were not at camp last year.

Third stage:

  • children who were at the camp last year.

Talented and gifted children will receive vouchers based on the results of the competition:

  • priority — children’s public associations;
  • first priority — children who were not at the camp last year;
  • the second stage is children who were in the camp last year.

Parents (legal representatives) can apply for summer health only through the Gosuslugi portal:

  • children — victims of armed and ethnic conflicts, environmental and man-made disasters, natural disasters;
  • children whose parents died in the line of duty;
  • children from large families;
  • children from low-income families;
  • children registered at the dispensary;
  • children of workers in the agro-industrial complex and rural social sphere;
  • children with disabilities.

Parents submit an application to the MFC, through the “State Services” portal or to the general education organization where the child is studying:

  • talented and gifted children;
  • children of SVO participants.

Parents (legal representatives) submit an application to the district departments of the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population and through the State Services portal:

  • orphans, children left without parental care;
  • disabled children;
  • children registered with commissions on juvenile affairs and protection of their rights;
  • children whose vital functions are objectively impaired.

Parents (legal representatives) of children belonging to the categories “talented and gifted children” and “children of SVO participants” submit applications to the Department of Education and Science:

  • students in private schools in Sevastopol;
  • students studying at secondary vocational education institutions in Sevastopol;
  • groups of children belonging to the category “talented and gifted children”.

List of required documents for all categories of children:

  • application for a trip;
  • copies of the applicant’s (parent/legal representative) passport, document confirming the powers of the legal representative;
  • a copy of the child’s birth certificate or passport for children over 14 years of age.

Talented and gifted children also need:

  • award material for winners and prize-winners of international, all-Russian, interregional, regional, city, municipal, district, school Olympiads, competitions, festivals, competitions, sports days, shows and other events;
  • confirmation of the level of the event (protocol of participants or order of the organization that is the curator of the event). These documents can be found on the organizers’ websites.

This year the following health camps accept children:

  • DOL «Laspi» (Sevastopol);
  • DOL «Mountain» (Sevastopol);
  • DOL «Alkadar» (Sevastopol);
  • DOL «Cartoon» (Republic of Crimea, Peschanoye village, Bakhchisarai district);
  • DOL «Pearl» (Republic of Crimea, Evpatoria, Zaozernoye village).
