April 11 — 10th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Crimea

This significant date is a symbol of our unity and cohesion, citizenship and patriotism.

The Constitution is the tuning fork of our entire legal system, the main document by which Crimea lives and develops. The Basic Law embodies the spirit, ideals and values ​​of the multinational people of the republic.

According to the Constitution, the Republic of Crimea is a democratic, social state within Russia; people, their rights and freedoms are the highest value.

Over the past 10 years, large-scale projects have been implemented on the peninsula, a huge breakthrough has been made in the economy and social sphere, Crimea has become a modern, dynamically developing region of Russia.
