April in Crimea will be warm

April in Crimea is expected two degrees warmer than the climatic norm. About this on the air of the radio «Satellite in the Crimea» said the specialist of the weather center Fobos Evgeny Tishkovets.

I looked cleverly, in weeks, I first see no serious Arctic failures, spring returns with frosts. That is, April will be quite normal, even a couple of degrees warmer than should be according to many years of observation, the interlocutor said.

And he recalled that on average the monthly temperature of April is normal for Simferopol — night +4.8 degrees, daytime +16.3.

At the same time, the absolute maximum air temperature in April belongs to 1975, then in Simferopol on one of the April days the thermometer showed +31.5, and in 1931 11-degree frosts were observed in the Crimea, Tishkovets recalled.

Speaking about the amount of precipitation expected in April, the expert noted that «heavenly moisture will fall out, which is close to normal indicators.» If there is a shortage of precipitation, then it will be only no more than 10%, he assured.

Recall that in March in the Crimea there were abnormally warm days. So, on March 12, an absolute temperature record was set, which was +19.5 degrees. On March 14, in Crimea, the thermometer columns stormed +20 degrees, which became a complaint about the recur of the 1923 record, when on this day the air temperature was +19.9 degrees.

At the same time, the last month of winter this year has become the coldest in Crimea over the past 13 years. The average air temperature in February was 1.4 degrees of frost, which is three degrees below the climatic norm.
