Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation approved order, which introduces a ban on driving a car for dodgers. According to the document, the decision to restrict rights is first entered into the unified register of military records, then within 24 hours the information goes to a special database of the road inspectorate. Appearance at the military enlistment office or an approved complaint in which the motorist was able to prove that he should not comply with the requirement to appear at the military registration and enlistment office will help to cancel the ban. The document entered into force on July 11, 2023. Previously deviators were forbidden to receive and exchange rights and perform registration actions with the car in the traffic police.
Those who did not show up with us are integrated by the database, and we see those who did not show up in the general federal system through the State Traffic Inspectorate, – quotes the head of the traffic police Mikhail Chernikov TASS. — TThese citizens will not be provided with public services: they will not be able to replace a driver’s license, or get it again, or carry out any registration actions.
The data in the database, according to Chernikov, is updated every day.
For the first time, a ban on driving a vehicle for dodgers was discussed in April of this year. Among the possible restrictions, according to RBC, also includes registration as an individual entrepreneur and self-employed, suspension of state registration of real estate, refusal to receive loans and loans, travel abroad.
Restrictions come into effect if the driver did not appear at the military registration and enlistment office after 20 days from the date of receipt of the summons. At the same time, the electronic summons is considered to be delivered at the time of posting in the personal account on the State Services website.
