As part of the celebration of the Day of the State Flag of the Russian Federation, the rescuers of the GKU RK «KRYM-SPAS» set the flag of the Russian Federation on the top of Mount Ai-Petri. According to the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Sadakliev, the action is an annual one.
For 9 years in a row, Crimean rescuers have been climbing the difficult mountainous terrain on this day and hoisting the Russian flag on the top of Ai-Petri. I think that today it is more important than ever. In the context of a special military operation, no one should doubt that Crimea is Russia. We also face the important task of educating young people in the traditions of patriotism, the solution of which is impossible without respect for the national symbols of our Fatherland.— said Sergey Sadakliev.
The event was attended by employees of the Yalta emergency rescue team «CRIMEA-SPAS», members of the Crimean Regional Branch of «ROSSOYUZSPAS», members of the Public Council under the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Crimea.
