As part of the Owner's Day project, 17.6 thousand online meetings of homeowners were held in Russia

From March to June of this year, the Owner’s Day project was held in Russia. During this period, the managing organizations — participants held general house meetings of owners with voting in absentia using the State Information System of Housing and Public Utilities. Owners could familiarize themselves with the agenda, study the materials and vote in the State Services.House application or on the State Information System of Housing and Public Utilities website at a convenient time.
During the Owner’s Day, participants held 17.6 thousand meetings electronically directly through the State Information System for Housing and Public Utilities.
The goal of the project was to increase the number of online OCCs with quorum and make decisions that will help make meetings more convenient for both organizers and owners.
The distribution of information about the voting process, which was carried out for the convenience of the meeting organizers during the project, will continue after the end of the Owner’s Day. Based on the results of the project, a number of improvements have already been planned, and some of them have already been implemented.
During the project, the GIS Housing and Public Utilities database was updated and the search for information on property rights was improved.
