At a meeting of the Government of Sevastopol chaired by Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev, the director of the city’s Territorial Compulsory Health Insurance Fund, Tatyana Grozdova, presented a report on the implementation of the fund’s budget for 2023.
The execution of the territorial fund budget for 12 months amounted to 7 billion 944 million rubles — 99.7% of the approved budget assignments for 2023. The main source of budget revenue is the federal fund subvention: 7 billion 311.3 million rubles. The funds were allocated to pay for medical care for the insured in Sevastopol — 7 billion 136.1 million rubles, to the territorial funds of other entities for the treatment of those insured in Sevastopol in other regions of the Russian Federation — 449.2 million rubles, to co-finance the expenses of medical organizations for paying doctors — 17.5 million rubles, funds for incentive payments to identify cancer diseases — 0.08 million rubles, to pay for the treatment of insured persons from other constituent entities of the Russian Federation — 198.7 million rubles, funds to support activities for the acquisition and repair of equipment — 17.9 million rubles, funds for performing the functions of the territorial fund — 76.4 million rubles– the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes Tatyana Grozdova.
The director of the Territorial Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund also emphasized that the quality of fulfillment of the fund’s requirements by Sevastopol city hospitals has significantly improved.
