At a meeting of the town planning council chaired by Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev, a project for a tourist hotel complex on the northern side of Sevastopol along the beach line was presented. From the west the territory is washed by the waters of the Black Sea, from the south it is limited by the Belbek River. The project was supported, the head of the city noted that the project would be considered in detail at a meeting of the architectural and artistic council.

The building area is 4,924.6 sq. m. m, the total area of ​​the building is 28,005.5 sq. m. m. Number of rooms – 481, 177 parking spaces. The preliminary volume of investment is 4.5 billion. The territory is located in a zone with special conditions due to the fact that it is part of the flood zone of the Belbek River. Therefore, an engineering protection project has been developed: a drainage system, construction of concrete retaining walls, we want to return the river to its channel and organize bridge crossings– the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes a representative of the developer.

The head of Sevprirodnadzor, Yulia Gavrilova, emphasized that it is necessary to undergo a number of examinations, conduct research and consult with specialists.
