At the end of 2023, more than a million square meters of housing were put into operation in Crimea
Last year, a record volume of housing since 2014 was put into operation in Crimea, which amounted to more than 1.2 million square meters. This was announced by the Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergei Aksyonov.
The volume of housing commissioned in multi-apartment residential buildings amounted to more than 315 thousand square meters of the total figure. Thus, the target set for Crimea in 2023 to increase the volume of housing construction of 930 thousand square meters was achieved in full. At the same time, the target for 2024 is 994 thousand square meters.
It is noted that the increase in the volume of housing construction is one of the main indicators that characterizes the achievement of the national development goal “Comfortable and safe living environment”, defined by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation. In accordance with the document, by 2030 the volume of housing construction in the Republic should increase to 1.5 million square meters per year.
