At what stage is the construction of an eco-technopark in the Belogorsk region of Crimea?

The Ministry of Housing and Communal Services of Crimea reported on the progress of construction of the facility for processing and recycling of solid municipal waste “Ecotechnopark Belogorsky District”. The capacity of this facility will be 500 thousand tons per year.

The construction of the Ecotechnopark is being implemented within the framework of the regional project “Integrated system for the management of municipal solid waste” of the national project “Ecology”. Currently, the construction readiness of the Ecotechnopark Belogorsky District facility is 26 percent,” the ministry noted.

In addition, the construction of eco-technoparks this year is underway in the Saki and Leninsky regions of the Republic of Crimea.

The commissioning of these facilities will make it possible by 2025 to ensure the processing of all generated waste on the territory of Crimea, as well as to halve the volume of waste sent for disposal.
