At whose expense they studied at the university, 3 out of 10 recruiters in Crimea find out from young specialists with higher education
CrimeaPRESS reports:
In a service survey SuperJob Career start Representatives of companies and young specialists from Crimea took part.
University diplomas do not contain information about whether the graduate studied on a budgetary or paid basis; at state universities you can study for money, and some commercial universities have budgetary places. But for the majority of recruiters, it does not matter how young specialists studied: for money or at the expense of the budget (67% of respondents). 1 in 10 recruiting managers asks each university graduate who comes to apply for a job how he studied, whether on a budgetary or commercial basis: “To assess the level.” Another 23% of recruiters are interested in the form of training only for some candidates: “Only when there is a discrepancy between knowledge, skills, level of explanation and the level of the diploma”,” noted the service’s press service.
Among young professionals, one in six (16%) had to deal with similar questions. Boys more often than girls (17 and 14%, respectively).
