At work, Crimeans enjoy vacations, bonuses and changes in management most of all

In an open service survey SuperJob Economically active citizens from Crimea who worked during the last calendar year took part.
12% of Crimeans named the day before vacation and the day of bonus payment as the best moments at work. For another 10% of city residents, every day at work is the best. 9% of the year most remembered corporate events. 7% consider the day the project is completed to be the best day at work. For 4% of respondents, the best day was when they achieved high performance results. For another 4%, it’s the day they receive gratitude. Salary increases and promotions became the most memorable moments at work for 3 and 2% of respondents, respectively. Another 2% remembered the moment when they realized that they had coped with the responsibilities assigned to them.
Other joys in work include: change of management, automation of work processes, change of work schedule, business trips, advanced training, transfer to remote work, vacation of the immediate superior.
22% of city residents had no memorable days in the past year.
Men are more likely to be happy about going on vacation and completing projects. Women — achieving high performance and corporate events.
