Athletes from the Zaporozhye region will take part in the boxing match in Sevastopol

On August 27 at 18:00 on the basis of a sports and recreation complex located on Shevchenko Street, 62, a match meeting between the national teams of the Zaporozhye region and Sevastopol will be held. 30 athletes in 15 pairs will enter the ring.

The Department of Youth and Sports and the Boxing Federation of Sevastopol actively cooperate and support the boxing community of the Zaporozhye region. From 19 to 26 August in Sevastopol, on the basis of the sports school of the Olympic reserve No. 4 in boxing, training events for young athletes from the Zaporozhye region are being held.

For athletes, this is an opportunity not only to improve their skills, but also to communicate with peers, to establish social and cultural interaction. The match meeting «Sport as a step towards unification and national unity» is dedicated to the International Boxing Day and will be held with the support of the Youth and Sports Department of Sevastopol and the Department of Internal Policy of Sevastopol— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol notes.
