ATMs do not give money! In the Simferopol district, a man appropriated foreign others

A statement from the 35-year-old local resident about the abduction of a large amount of money was received in the duty unit of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Simferopol district. The applicant explained that in the shopping center, going to the ATM, he deregistered money from the card, but without waiting for the transaction he left the room, and later found that the money was written off from the account.
In hot pursuit of the district police officers of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Simferopol district, the identity of the suspect was identified. It turned out to be a 62-year-old local resident. The detainee said that, being in one of the trading halls, he went to the ATM and at the bill received money in the total amount of 94 thousand rubles, which he took himself. However, he did not manage to spend them due to the fact that he was detained by police officers,-voiced the details of the case in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Crimea.
The investigator of the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Simferopol district opened a criminal case on the grounds of the corpus delicti under Part 2 of Art. 158 of the Criminal Code (theft). The sanction of the article provides for the maximum punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to five years.
The suspect was chosen by a preventive measure in the form of a non -departure subscription and proper behavior.
