Attention! Arsenal MS informs about the need to update personal data in the CHI policy

CrimeaPRESS reports:

To prevent problems with obtaining free medical care under a compulsory medical insurance policy (CMI), you must contact the insurance company in a timely manner to replace the data.

If the information is outdated, the citizen may have difficulties, especially outside the region of residence, for example, on vacation. At the time when the insured should be provided with medical care, you have to deal with updating the data in the document.

Also, you can learn about the possibility of a free preventive medical examination and medical examination only if the contact phone number, e-mail and registration address provided by you to the medical insurance organization are relevant.

In what cases it is necessary to contact the medical insurance company to replace personal data:

1. The identity document has changed.

(For example, you received a passport for the first time or replaced the passport due to age, due to loss or change of full name).

2. The phone number, e-mail or registration has changed.

3. You have an old image policy received before May 1, 2011.

4. You applied for a compulsory medical insurance policy before December 1, 2022 and the validity of the temporary certificate has already expired, and you have not yet collected your compulsory medical insurance policy from the insurance company.

If you do not know whether all the data is up-to-date in your MHI policy, do not remember how long ago it was issued or are not sure that you made changes to your personal data in a timely manner, we recommend that you contact the insurance company that issued the document and update the information before doctor visits.
