The Investigative Committee and the prosecutor’s office are waiting for signals from the victims.

The chief investigator of the peninsula, together with representatives of the prosecutor’s office and the labor inspectorate, will receive citizens on issues of non-payment of wages and other payments. This was reported to the Investigative Committee. Everyone who has problems (questions) is expected on June 22 in Simferopol.

On June 22, in the office of the Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, the head of the department, Vladimir Nikolayevich Terentyev, together with representatives of the prosecutor’s office and the labor inspectorate, will receive citizens who are faced with problems of non-payment of wages by the employer, as well as other payments provided for by the Law — pensions, scholarships , benefits— reported in the Sledkom.

The management and employees of the Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol react sharply to every signal about non-payment of wages and other social benefits, citizens are being received on this issue, the media are actively monitored to identify such violations, measures are being taken to pay off debts to citizens. Responsibility for non-payment of wages is provided for in Article 145.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (non-payment of wages, pensions, scholarships, allowances and other payments). If the employer does not pay the employee in full within two months or in part within three months, the criminal law considers this as a crime.— noted in the Sledkom.
