REFERENCE:
The team of the office of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in Sevastopol helped the farmer save the grant. The farmer received a government grant to develop his farm. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, he was unable to fully comply with the terms of the grant agreement, and the Department of Agriculture demanded the return of more than 1.5 million rubles. The team from the office of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in Sevastopol helped the farmer prepare the necessary evidence and acted as third parties in court. The Court of Appeal left the decision of the first instance unchanged, and the grant finally remained with the farmer.
The team of the office of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in Sevastopol defended the rights of the fishing enterprise. In 2023, the fishing company received a subsidy from the city to compensate for losses associated with bans on going to sea and fishing. However, the relevant department demanded the return of the subsidy in the amount of 3,400,000 rubles due to an insignificant deviation in the volume of fish caught. We helped the company correctly formulate its position in court and acted as a third party in the process. The court agreed with our arguments and ruled in favor of the entrepreneur.
