Storm warning of adverse hydrometeorological phenomena in Crimea announced for September 2-4.
According to the data of the Crimean Department for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring, on the afternoon of September 2, during the day on September 3 and 4, an increase in the northeast wind is expected in Crimea 17- m/s. When passing through a complex of dangerous hydrometeorological phenomena, there is a high probability of emergency situations caused by accidents at energy facilities, housing and communal services, there may be violations of transport links, difficulty in the movement of vehicles on roads, especially in sections of mountain passes , — the press service notes Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Republic of Crimea.
- citizens need to be extra careful not to go out into the mountain-forest area;
- refrain from going out to the sea and inland waters;
- do not go to the embankments and bank protection structures;
- when being on the street, pay attention to the integrity of overhead power lines, contact networks of electric transport and tree branches;
- do not stay and do not park vehicles near billboards, weakly reinforced structures, power lines and trees;
- vehicles, if it is impossible to restrict exit, be extremely careful on the road, do not exceed the speed limit and strictly observe the rules of the road;
