Attention! Increase in state duty for issuing a foreign passport

— issuance of a new generation passport to a citizen of the Russian Federation – 6,000 rubles;

— issuance of a passport for minor citizens of the Russian Federation under 14 years of age – 3,000 rubles

You can submit an application for receiving a state service for issuing/replacing a foreign passport to:

1. Through the Multifunctional Center for the provision of state and municipal services, at the address: Kerch, General Petrov St., 33A;
2. In electronic form through the Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services (www.gosuslugi.ru);
3. In person, at the Migration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Kerch, having made an appointment in advance:

— on the State Services website www.gosuslugi.ru;

— in the migration department via an electronic queue;

— by phone at the migration department: 8 (36561) 7-81-87.
