Attention! The Museum-Reserve Tauric Chersonesos is switching to a new work schedule

From May 1 to May 31, 2023, the museum-reserve switches to a new mode.

  • In May, the opening hours of the museum: from 9:00 to 20:00. Opening hours of the exposition and exhibition halls: from 09:00 to 19:00. Visitors enter the territory until 19:30. Ticket offices at the Central and Western entrance groups will be open from 09:00 to 19:30.
  • From June 1 to August 31, 2023, the territory of the museum-reserve can be visited from 9:00 to 21:00. Visitors will be admitted until 20:00. Opening hours of the exposition and exhibition halls of the Museum-Reserve: from 09:00 to 19:00.

They have the following sanitary days:

  • in the Antique exposition and in the hall of its temporary exhibitions — the last Tuesday of each month (in addition, every Monday from 09:00 to 14:00 sanitary cleaning is carried out);
  • in the Byzantine exposition and in the hall of its temporary exhibitions — the last Monday of each month (cleaning is carried out every Monday from 14:00 to 18:00).

The day off in the halls of temporary exhibitions (located in the buildings of Byzantine and Ancient History) is Monday.

Souvenir shops are open from 09:00 to 20:00.View (will open in a new tab)

Toilets are open from 09:00 to 21:00.

Ticket offices at the Central and Western entrance groups will be open from 09:00 to 20:00.

For those wishing to attend a service in St. Vladimir’s Cathedral, the entrance to the territory is through the Central entrance group in accordance with the schedule of services.
