Cloudy with clearings. No significant rainfall. Wind northwest 13–18 m/s. Air temperature at night 2–4°С, in the daytime 4–6°С— reported the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in Sevastopol.
Sevastopol rescuers urge citizens and guests of the city to adhere to the rules of safe behavior during bad weather. In strong wind conditions, you should refrain from visiting the street and, if possible, from using personal and public transport — especially from long trips. There is a risk of broken power lines, falling trees, supports and structures. It is forbidden to be in close proximity to the walls of houses, on piers, piers and cliffs, under trees, billboards and power lines. Particular attention should be paid to the safety of children, the elderly and sick people.
